Our Story.

Charles grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, until his family decided to move to Miami, FL. He started his first security company at 17 years old and grew it quickly by selling security systems to commercial and industrial landlords. Charles eventually developed the company, which expanded all over the United States & Mexico, and his most prominent client became Burger King. Charles sold the company and decided to focus his efforts on residential real estate after the housing crash. Charles has purchased and sold many single-family & multi-family properties in the past eleven years. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, and playing drums. He is married to his wife Michelle, and he has two children, Madeline & CJ.
