Never thought that the many letters, cards, notices, and hundreds of robot calls, would lead me to this company called “The Building Buyer” and it would be a Godsend. I was hustled more than once, by two contractors, who left me holding the bag. I had the number for this company in my phone for a long time and couldn’t believe they were so helpful honest and compassionate They took the bull by the horns bailed me out of a long and stressful situation. Made me an offer, took care of all the details save me, from Broker’s fees, Closing costs etc. , and gave me a check for more than I could have imagined They are top notch, and helped me with not one house but another that is going through probate. I have seen the worst and with Dylan Troiano and Charles Hanlon it turns out to be the best, not only as a business, but into a couple of friends who go the extra mile.
Charles and Dylan know what they want, when they want it and how to get it! My family was tied up with the City for years and years over liens all sorts of red tape. Dylan and Charles got in contact with us and helped facilitate the sale of my family’s house as soon as we possibly could.
